Lowe, ASQ Fellow
From 1990 - 1998 he was Ford Motor Company's chief statistician
developing worldwide management and quality policies; primary
technical consultant for the Q1/Q101 quality programs; responsible
for all statistical content of Ford publications associated
with ISO, QS9000; and was Ford's principal consultant for
the Deming theory of management directing Dr. Deming's personal
consulting with Ford senior management and assisting Dr. Deming
with the presentation of his four-day management seminars.
Mr. Lowe
has authored technical books on statistical process control
and measurement systems analysis and co-authored numerous
papers in the open statistical literature as well as in classified
literature for U.S. nuclear weapons industry. Mr. Lowe has
held positions in national laboratories as a statistical consultant
on projects ranging from studying the safety of a plutonium
powered artificial heart, statistical methods to use for safeguarding
nuclear materials, writing technical standards for ANSI and
assessing usefulness and accuracy of several hundred energy-related
data bases and mathematical models maintained by the federal
government for use in policy making and regulatory activities.
Mr. Lowe is a frequent public speaker at universities and
professional society meetings.
George
Mouradian, (BS, ME) ASQ Fellow, CQE, CRE, CQA, PQE, RAB
QMS Lead Auditor, IATCA Senior Auditor
Mr. Mouradian specializes in guiding companies ISO/QS9000
TE preassessments and registration and assisting organizations
in their quality and reliability engineering programs. He
has guided many companies toward achieving their ISO/QS-9000
registrations. He has extensive experience and depth in the
areas of directing and managing Q/R programs; ISO/QS-9000
TE Certs; determining and predicting reliabilities; establishing
and maintaining Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective
Action (FRACA) system; performing Failure Modes, Effects,
Critical Analysis (FMECA); conducting Design Reviews, Reliability
Testing, and Failure Review Boards; and writing Reliability
Program Plans and ISO/QS-9000 Procedures. He has lectured
at several universities and at Standards of Armenia and taught
at the American University of Armenia. He has delivered presentations
to a variety of professional groups; has been published in
several Quality journals and published several manuals.
Roderick
Munro, (BA, MS, Ed.S, Ph.D.) ASQ Fellow, CQE, CQA, CQMgr,
QSA Fellow
With
over 30 years of experience in service sector and manufacturing
industries, Dr. Munro has served, trained, and consulted for
a wide breadth of industries across the United States, Canada
and Europe and, trained and consulted several thousand production,
non-production and transportation Tier-1 suppliers in quality
systems. He has been very active in volunteerism in many groups
(both engineering and civic), especially the American Society
for Quality where he has served at the local, divisional,
national and on their Board of Directors. In addition, he
has given more than 140 presentations, written numerous articles
and is the author of several books. He has been a frequent
lecturer at nine universities and presented at SME, SHRM,
ASQ, SQP, ASTD, ASA and IIE. He has recently expanded his
qualifications by making application to IRCA for an ISO 9000
Lead Auditor certificate. A tougher challenge may be his desire
to master the bagpipes.
Elizabeth
Rice, (BA, MA, Ed.S, Ph.D.) ASQ Fellow, CQA
With
more than 27 years of experience in education, organization
development, quality training and consulting, Dr. Rice has
served, trained and consulted for many diverse functional
groups of a Fortune five OEM in large and small scale culture
change, problem solving, teambuilding, facilitation, strategic
planning, and action research and saved millions in managing
elite and traditional corporate tuition programs. She designed
and delivered training to several thousand production, non-production
and transportation Tier-1 suppliers in quality systems. Her
training and consulting has extended across the United States,
Canada, Great Britain and Germany. In addition, Dr. Rice has
given and written numerous presentations and articles. When
not otherwise engaged you might find her swimming or lavender
gardening.
Dean
Stamatis, (BS, BA, Ph.D.) ASQ Fellow, CQE, CMfgE
With more than 30 years of experience in management, quality
training, and consulting, Dr. Stamatis has served and consulted
for numerous industries in the private and public sectors.
His consulting extends across the United States, Southeast
Asia, Japan, China, India, and Europe. Dr. Stamatis has written
more than 60 articles and presented many speeches at national
and international conferences on quality. He is both sole
and contributing author in several books. In addition, he
has performed more than 100 automotive-related audits and
25 preassessment ISO 9000 audits, and has helped several companies
attain certification. He is an active member of several professional
associations as well as a beloved member of his large and
active family.
